REGISTRATION
Question: I can't identify myself. However, I correctly entered the username and password chosen during my registration.
Answer: When you registered, a verification message was sent to the email address you provided. This message contains a link that must be activated in order to validate the creation of your account and allow you to identify yourself. Also remember to check the spam folder!
Question: I did not receive the registration confirmation email and therefore cannot log in to finalize my order.
Answer 1: Although everyone has perfect knowledge of their email address, it can happen that they enter it too quickly and make a typing error. The email entered being invalid, the confirmation email will never reach its recipient. Please take particular care when entering this entry in the registration form to ensure that our exchanges will take place without any problems!
Answer 2: Have you checked the “spam” folder of your email? Email services take great care to ensure the security of their users' mailboxes by frequently changing their spam filter systems, and it is not uncommon for bona fide sites like us to pay the price.
ORDERS
Question: What should I do if I notice that my package was delivered to me damaged on the outside?
Answer: If you notice external damage to the package delivered to you:
1 - Take photographs showing the package as a whole and the details of the damage (tears, holes, dents, crushing, etc.) with a photograph of the label with the tracked numbers.
2 - Unpack the products in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice that the products have been damaged, place a reservation with the delivery person, describing the damage observed. Also take photographs of damaged products.
3 - Send a message to serviceclient(@)lepetitflorilege.com explaining the problem, specifying your order number and attaching the photographs taken during unpacking. We will contact you to define the terms of replacement or reimbursement for damaged products.
Question: I have not received the shipping confirmation email and therefore cannot track my delivery.

Question: I have a specific request for processing my order. How can you inform yourself?
Answer: Do you want the recipient of your order to be unaware of the invoice? Do you want to delay sending your package because you are traveling for several days? Do you have information relating to your order to send us? So tell us all the details in the form located at the bottom of the “basket” page, taking care to check the adjoining box before confirming your order! We will try to handle all special requests, within the limits of our skills!
Question: I would like gift wrapping. Is it possible ?
Answer: We noticed that gift packaging did not hold up well during the transport of packages to our customers. The paper frequently arrived crumpled and this packaging lost its interest. We therefore prefer not to offer this type of service. However, small items can exceptionally be gift wrapped.
Question: I ordered a “custom” item (macramé pendant light, personalized backpack, etc.) a week ago and I still have no news about my order. Should I be worried?
Answer: No need to worry, this is completely normal! Custom-made products are generally made with particular care in less than 2 weeks (unless otherwise stated on the site). Once this has been completed, your order will be prepared with the rest of the products making up your order and you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
RETURNS
Question: I would like to make a return because the product does not suit me.
Answer: It's simple: Notify us via the by indicating the order number, the product(s) concerned and the reason for the return (this is not essential but if we can improve the quality of our products and our services, all information is welcome!).
We will contact you quickly to advise you of the return procedure.
Send us the products back, taking care to send them back to us unused, in their original condition and packaged in a suitable, well-sealed box, in order to guarantee the integrity of the products during the return trip. The products concerned will be reimbursed quickly after receipt and inspection.

Answer 1: Although we do our best to respond to our customers' requests as quickly as possible, we cannot compete with autoresponders or sites with dedicated teams, and some requests may be reviewed with a slight deadline. We are human and our model is based on local commerce, with personalized responses and solutions. In all cases, we try to respond to urgent requests or reminders as quickly as possible. In any case, no commercial use of our photos will be permitted and our photos are protected by copyright. If you have received permission to use one of our images, remember to mention the credit: Le Petit Florilège and the associated social network accounts.
